Demi Lovato just got another new and symbolic tattoo. It’s on her neck and it stands for faith and freedom.
It looks like it’s a butterfly sketched on the right side of her neck. She posted a photo of herself with her new ink and the caption, “Dear little me, I’m sorry that it took so long but baby your free..”
Demi has been on a spiritual journey since late last year, so her new tattoo is very fitting. Butterfly tattoos are known to be a symbol of transformation, faith, and they represent freedom. They also represent love, which could be a tribute to her fiancé, Max Ehrich. They got engaged back in July after dating for three months.
She previously got her neck tatted with the word, “survivor” that she got back in December, and she also has a tattoo of an angel being lifted by three birds as her wings fade away on the back of her neck, which marked her spiritual rebirth.
