So she bought the mansion back in 2014 after ending things with Lamar Odom, and she’s been there self-isolating with her “ex” … or whatever he is at this point, Tristan Thompson and their 2 year old daughter, True.
Khloe’s realtor, Tom Fridman, did an Instagram video interview and gave us an inside scoop of the place!
Fun fact: it was previously owned by Ed Murphy and then Justin Bieber!
Back when she bought it from Justin, she bought it for $7.2 mil in 2014. So she’d profit around $10 million now.
The place is over 11,000 square feet, it’s got 2 acres of land, and it’s one of the only 16 properties that sits on Malibu Canyon!
It has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, home theatre, gym, swimming pool, hot tub, glam room, bar, meditation trail, and “the most outrageous guesthouse”
Apparently, she found a bigger home to move in to in the area. Damn, there’s bigger than this???
